If you e-file your return you can receive your within 2 weeks or 21 days because that is how long it takes IRS to process and issue refunds

We offer same day appointment because our office operates 24/7 during tax season. But we encourage our clients to make their appointments one day in advance or so.

Can I claim someone who is not related to me?

No, the tax law doesn't allow that. You can get in trouble with IRS if you do so.

Someone want to give me a child to claim. Is that ok?

Accepted Answer

No. That is a bad idea and can put you in trouble with IRS. You can only claim the child you supported for half year or full year.

I am married but can I still do married filing separate?

Yes, you can file as married filing separate. But we don't advise our clients to go that route because it won't give you good benefit. We mean you are not going to get good refund.
